Each event/dinner is custom-created to your vision and tastes for your special event. We do not have set menus that you are expected to choose from, we create menus, especially for YOU! From menu creation until the last pan is cleaned you will experience a stress-free day, enabling you to not only enjoy our amazing dishes but quality time with your guests. Tamara Arrington is the owner and an award-winning executive chef with over 30 years of experience creating savory and sweet masterpieces. She was featured in Florida Magazines as one of the Top Chefs of Polk County. She is professionally trained, college degreed, and apprenticed at Walt Disney World. Recently competed in a fundraising contest (Top Chef of Tampa Bay and Top Chef of Polk County), where she received the best table and table decor award for both contests and Top Philanthropic Chef for Top Chef of Tampa Bay. She also was awarded "People's Choice Award". Most recently Chef Tamara was featured on the front page of the Sarasota Herald teaching a culinary class.
